pork-chop-and-green-beansChristmas is coming and everyone and their brother is offering treats when you visit.

Next week, I will allow myself some celebratory ‘cheat’ snacks and food, but today was another good day.

Breakfast consisted of a gigantic full blender of pomegranate-banana smoothie that kept me satisfied until noon. Office day today, so I got a chance to make a big caesar salad w/ a boneless skinless chicken breast for lunch.

For tonight’s early dinner I pigged out on pork chops and veggies. (two plates as pictured) These were stuffed pork chops but I left the stuffing on the plate. Right now, I am feeling pretty good… 🙂
